Synpact is the largest commercial marketing player in the Netherlands and owner of the ‘Week van de Ondernemer’ (Week of the Entrepreneur). It was purchased by De Persgroep Nederland.
Synpact's services and activities seamlessly link up with the De Persgroep's business-to-business portfolio and its own multimedia platform 'De Ondernemer' (The Entrepreneur). Collectively, the two parties reach well over 800,000 entrepreneurs.
The ambition is to combine and build the most complete business platform. This will give entrepreneurs a world of possibilities with the best and most relevant business activities, services, network and inspiration.
Synpact has been active for 20 years and has 40 employees. The annual turnover is about 8 million euros. Synpact constantly carries out research amongst entrepreneurs, develops (digital) campaigns for clients and organises trend-setting events. The target group, which is served with tailor-made campaigns and events, ranges from self-employed entrepreneurs without personnel to SMEs and from start-ups to family businesses. The company is also the initiator of the ‘National Entrepreneurs Research’ and the ‘SME Monitor’. Synpact's most famous format is the ‘Week of the Entrepreneur’. It has organised 128 editions in different regions since 1997 and well over 250,000 entrepreneurs have taken part.
